     The Bear-ly Inn & Restaurant, formerly “Stanley House”, a single residence home, was built in 1881 for Frank & Mary Stanley.


     Nestled beneath large maple, oak, lilac and huge rhododendrons, this home remains one of the most impressive buildings in Dixfield, Maine.
